It’s time to break Amazon’s bad habits
They say the first step to recovery is admitting you’ve got problems, and Amazon has certainly stocked up a few. Our packages are delivered fast – but Amazon’s business practices are not made to order. They aren’t going to own up anytime soon – so let’s help them on the road to recovery. To name some ‘prime’ issues:
Billions in sales but paying workers poverty wages!
Receiving more in government subsidies than it pays in corporation tax
Employing human beings, but treating them like robots
Crushing independent retailers it claims to help
